<h2 style="MARGIN-TOP: 2px">Prediction:  Cameron Station sales are going to start heating up in the Spring.</h2><img title="Cameron Station -- Alexandria, VA" height="240" alt="Cameron Station -- starting to get busy in Alexandria, Virginia and notably in the Cameron Station neighborhood, a premier community of townhouses, condos, and a smattering of single family homes.  Last night, after an early evening walk around the lake at Ben Brenman Park, a large city park adjacent to Cameron Station, my wife and I saw the first signs of Spring.  Flowers were budding, neighbors walking their dogs, and parents out in force with their babies in strollers and their bouncing toddlers.<img title="Spring is on its way" height="125" alt="Spring is on its way" hspace="5"
