ONE MILLION DOLLARS!  It used to be the Holy Grail of <a href="http://www.blockrealestategroup.com/" target="_blank">real estate in Northern Virginia</a>.  However, with the price appreciation that the Northern Virginia region experienced over the last several years, the inventory of million dollar homes is quite plentiful.   In fact, combining the inventory of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County, and Falls Church, there are currently 866 single-family homes on the market for over $1 million, representing 21% of all available single family homes for sale. Are homes selling in the
