If you have ever driven up and down Duke Street through the <a href="item/161392">West End of Alexandria</a>, shopped at the new <a href="http://www.harristeeter.com/default.aspx?pageId=158">Harris Teeter grocery store</a> at <place /><placename />Shops at Foxchase</placename /></place />, or taken your children to one of the many programs at the <a href="http://www.alexandria.lib.va.us/branches/beatley.html">Charles E.
