Watch this short introductory video about the Kingstowne community. Kingstowne is a popular planned community right outside the Capital Beltway. It's got plentiful shopping, including a Wal-Mart, Kohl's, World Market, Safeway and Giant supermarkets, lots of restaurants including several strip mall staples like Chipotle, Pizzeria Uno, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and a new 16 screen movie theater. There's even a driving range and miniature golf nearby. Transportation options are very easy in Kingstowne with its proximity to Interstate 395, 495, Van Dorn Street and the Fairfax County Parkway. Additionally both the Van Dorn Metro and Franconia-Springfield Metro stops are easily accessible from Kingstowne. While the address is Alexandria, though it is part of Fairfax County.
