| July 01, 2008 | | How far is too far. | | Great post, every day I deal with agents, buyers and sellers who all agree that the commutes that the boom caused (when gas was cheap) is really hurting the wallets of many clients. We often talk about how far a commute is really too far. As fuel and living cost rise more and more people will choose to move to the Nova and surrounding DC metro area. This will in turn drive up housing cost and could possible offset the savings. I, just like you, will be following this market closely to see where it ends up. | |
