Is the Northern Virginia Real Estate Market Really This Desperate?

You've heard that the real estate market is in a slump.  Prices are down.  Sales are down.  REALTORS are dropping out of the business.  Short sales.  Foreclosures. 

Is it that desperate in Northern Virginia?

The answer is no.  Not really.
