Falls Church City is the smallest city in Virginia by area, comprising only 2 square miles.

There are 63 homes currently on the market in Falls Church ranging in price from $199,272 to upwards of $2 million. Condos are available in the following areas in Falls Church: The Broadway, The Byron, Winter Hill and Woodlake Towers. Homes are available in Buffalo Park, Ellison Heights, and Sherwood, among a few other areas.

There were 13 sales in Falls Church in May 2007 ranging in sales price from $305K to $1.27 million with an average price of about $664K. Additionally, 23 Falls Church properties are under contract and expected to settle in the next month or two.
